A prolific composer and arranger, Lucy Knowles studied piano from a young age, mastering a wide variety of styles from jazz improvisation to rigorous classical concertos.

Her most recent work, a fully orchestrated musical adaptation of “The Little Match Girl”, debuted to a standing ovation at the Jamison Theater in 2020. A student of acclaimed composers Bill & Robin Wolaver, Mario DaSilva, and notable pedagogues Bill Alexson and Camille DaSilva, Lucy is an outstanding performer, scoring Superior Plus as a national member of the Piano Guild Auditions.

Lucy currently teaches at Peachtree Learning Center and the Conservatory of Annie Moses.
