email address, and your child's enrollment information. Phone numbers are collected for the

purpose of sending school-related SMS notifications and are recorded by school staff during the

enrollment process.

We use your phone number exclusively to send you school-related communications, including but

not limited to:

• Urgent announcements (school cancellations, schedule changes, emergency notifications)

• Event reminders and important dates

• Grade-level or group-specific information

• Individual follow-ups from school administrators

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month,

depending on school activity and announcements.

messaging plan.

Sharing of Information

We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing or

promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely for Annie Moses Academy school

communications. We use Twilio, a trusted third-party communications platform, to deliver SMS

messages. Twilio processes your phone number solely for the purpose of message delivery and is

bound by its own privacy obligations.

Opt-In

Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained verbally during a one-on-one enrollment phone call

between the parent or guardian and a school administrator. Your phone number is added to our

SMS notification system by school staff only after you have verbally agreed to receive textmessages during that call. Consent is not a condition of enrollment, and you may decline SMS

messaging or choose to be contacted another way.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you

receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer

receive SMS communications from Annie Moses Academy. You may opt back in at any time by

replying START.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access,

use, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
