Packard Playhouse · FAQ

Good to know.

The answers to what most first-time guests ask before a show at the Packard Playhouse.

Questions

Before you come.

When should I arrive?
The theater opens one hour before the show, and doors to the house open a half hour before curtain. Because seating is first come, first serve, arriving early is the surest way to your favorite seat.
How does seating work?
Seating is general admission — first come, first serve. Guests who purchased early-admission tickets are seated first.
Is the Playhouse wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Wheelchair access is available through the rear entrance of the theater. If you have specific accessibility needs, call the box office ahead at 800.918.5270 and we'll make sure you're well cared for.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable on the day of the show.
Can I smoke or bring drinks?
Smoking and alcohol are not permitted on the premises.
May I take photos or video during the performance?
Please, no photography or recording during the performance, out of respect for the artists and your fellow guests.
What if I arrive after the show has started?
Latecomers are seated at a suitable pause in the performance, at an usher's discretion, so the show isn't disrupted.
Who can I contact with questions?
Call the box office at 800.918.5270 or write to info@anniemoses.org.
