Buying tickets

How to get seats.

Tickets are sold per production. Choose a show on What's On to buy online, or call the box office at 800.918.5270.

At the door

Seating and admission.

General admission. Seating is first come, first serve — there are no assigned seats. The theater opens one hour before the show and the house opens a half hour before curtain, so arriving early is the surest way to your favorite seat.

Early admission. Guests who purchase early-admission tickets are seated first, ahead of general admission — the best way to guarantee prime seats for a show you don't want to miss.

Refunds. Tickets are non-refundable on the day of the show.

For Patrons

Patron seating and presale.

Patrons of the Institute receive preferred access to the Packard Playhouse season presale and — at named giving levels — reserved patron seating across the year.

Join us in our work.

The Conservatory's scholarships, the films and concerts on KIN, and every new work we publish are carried by patrons who believe beauty is worth forming and keeping. A gift of any size opens the whole of it — and keeps this work in the world.
